  : Unfortunately we found a cockroach in our room, called the front desk and was told someone would show and no one came. The elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs downstairs from the third floor get a new room and walk back up with all our luggage to the fourth floor. We had our children with us making it more difficult. The first room was not as clean as it should have been. The second room we received on the fourth floor was better. Lastly, the morning before checkout we were locked out of our room an hour before checkout and had to have housekeeper help us into our room. This isn’t our first stay here but I believe it will be our last.

  : Great location if you are flying out from SJC (otherwise its not the best part of the town). Beds and pillows were really comfortable, we were lucky because we had no neighbours so it was quiet. They have a convinient shuttle to the aiport (we left with the 6:15am and our driver was really nice). Front desk people are also nice. Easy check in check out process. They stored our bags from 11am-ish which was nice not to carry them with us.Much much better than the other similar Holiday Inn sister Airport hotel a few blocks down the road where we stayed 3 weeks ago.
  : It wasnt the cleanest. I could see on the drawer next to the bed a bunch of coffee mug residue that I was able to wipe off easily with a napkin. Also this place this supposed to be an airport hotel, but they start the breakfast at 7am which is fairly late considering why people stay at an airport hotel.
