  : I contacted the front desk concerning a barking dog at 11:30pm. Nothing was done. I left the hotel at 5am and the dog was still barking. It was almost 12 hours of noise.

  : The shuttle from the airport and to the hotelwas really helpful. The driver assisted us inmaking our return flight on time. The front desk was there to try and makeour stay better since we did not rent a car.The breakfast bar was so convient and thefood and beverages were tasty.
  : Upon an early arrival at the hotel, we were asked to wait in the lobby for over an hour until my room could be prepared.The bathroom in my room had a stinky odor when we arrived. There was no deodorant or room spray to eliminate the continual smell. I don't think the toilet had beenthoroughly cleaned and sanitized.There was a ring of discolor on the carpet rightnext to my bed that was about twelve inchesIn diameter. Something had spilled and dried.The circle was unclean and obvious.Even though my stay was paid for in advancethrough Booking.com, Sonesta withdrew the same amout of charges from my bankcard that had been paid in advance. I had tocall Sonesta and make a complaint with threedifferent individuals asking them to refund the$400.00 back to my account. There was abouta seven day wait for them to comply.

  : My dog picked up fleas, probably from the courtyard. The room smelled like dog as we walked in for the first time. There were visible stains on carpet everywhere; the bathroom has no ventilation/fan; the entire room felt muggy the entire time; beds were small for being queen- more like a full, and they were uncomfortable
