  : Everything . From the electrical problems to the shower drain. Stains on the walls of who knows what. Bed sheets stained . Towels stained and dirty. Ceiling falling apart. Water pressure barely any . . Roaches in the restroom and doors didn’t lock. For both rooms that we booked

  : I booked here because it was close to where I needed to be. The price was low.
  : The room smelled awful, had holes in the walls and doors, and it was filthy. The furniture was wobbly, the dresser had no drawers. There was no phone, alarm clock, iron, hair dryer, or remote for the TV, no lamps, not even a bible in the room. There were, however, bugs. No breakfast was offered, the dining area was closed, and the only vending machine had only one small bag of flaming hot cheetos in it. I woke up to the sound of water pouring through the bathroom ceiling, which flooded the entire bathroom and soaked everything in there, including toilet seat and toilet paper. Truly disgusting room. I spoke to the staff and cancelled the rest of my reservation. I was told that I would only be charged half price for the night I stayed and that I would need to go through booking.com to be refunded. I reached out and am waiting the necessary 5 days for the refund to clear.

  : There is no free breakfast apparently they stopped that years ago.. the rooms don't look anything like the pictures and me being a Travel Agent I was a little upset my stay wasn't comfortable and relaxing with my Wife
  : The Hotel Staff were a bit rude they don't give u extra towels they have roaches crawling around outside the room and inside the WiFi is very low grade and the view is a courtyard with trees
