  : people who do not belong there and customers who the owner is charging 50-70.00$ is passing over dollars for buckles and dimes.they are scaring swaying good paying customers.if I hadn’t booked with booking, I would have canceled and found something more safe.

  : the staff was great!
  : Fresh Blood all over the steps when we were going to our room that led to another room. Informed the Front desk about the blood and when we got back from getting gas it was cleaned up. Turned on the shower and the unit came off in the tube. There was no shower. The remote control to the TV didn’t work. At 9:30 pm 2 police units were outside. At 1:30 am I couldn’t take it any more so I had to go outside and ask the people down from us to turn their rap music down. he was nice and turned it down. I have checked on our truck many tines and hope it doesn’t get broken into. Thus is a bad bad area. I dont have a peace of mind and worry about our safely because off the blood, loud people, music and everything going on outside. Called the office 3 times at 6:30pm about the shower and to asked where the ice machine was (didn’t find it) and never got an answer, left a message and never got a return call. There was only one washing machine that worked. My husband is 6 ft and he had to get in the chair to stand on the table to turn on the A/C unit. Only 2 plugs in the whole room, one had a surge plug with the TV, microwave and freg plugged into it and the other only had one plug working. No plug in the bathroom to use to blow dry my hair. Thank goodness I brought my dryer because they didn’t have one. so its 1:39 am. and I pray for morning to come so I can get out of here and NEVER come back!! I would have asked for my money bad and went somewhere else but there was a no refund policy. It makes me wonder if I ever want to book on line again.

  : checked in at Patio Inn they didn’t find rooms so they sent me to their branch San Angelo lodge we got a dirty roomthere was dog hair on the chairs human hair in the sink on the bed sheets bed was VERY uncomfortable fingerprints on the tv, nothing was cleaned asked for non smoking & it smelled like smoke too much noise outside

  : It was definitely not what was pictured on the site, as well it was not very clean or in the best neighborhood. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I would never stay there again. It should have been advertised as an extended stay for those who cant find permanent housing because it was not a hotel.

  : Outdated TV,Pillows were hard and it was very small like a small box for that price plus the shower looked like it needed a new shower curtain nasty I had rented a room 2weeks before at Motel 6 and it was bigger and everything was updated even the TV
