  : Mozart house is placed in good location of Salzburg, the territory was brilliant, also it is very close to historical and touristic area. Salzburg is green city that I have ever seen, so environment around the house is very green and the house has small garden with the swing for children, this was good for our son. You can walk everywhere along with the nature atmosphere. Related to inside of home, everything was sufficient, sound insulation between the rooms was great, kitchen is fully equipped and sufficient to cook. We could keep our luggage in the basement after we arrived.
  : We did not book the penthouse however when we arrived at home we learned that our apartment was penthouse and there was no lift, we had to carry our luggage through the stairs up 3 floors. Also due to that this apartment was penthouse, windows were very high and view of outside was very limited, if you see the outside and the view of mountains you have to get on the chair. The host emphasised on cleaning on every message and the instructions but there was no sufficient item for cleaning. For example, sleeping berth lamps and radiators were dirty, also there was an instruction for separating waste but there was no separating bag or container in the house. Even we were very hard to find the spare garbage bag, there were kept under the used ones. The other thing is keeping luggage, the host provides the area in basement for your luggage, it is very kindly, also they says the main door is locked and basement is not locked, then you consider that the locked main door is okey, however, during the day main door and basement are fixed by the piece of wood in order to keep the doors are open, by this way your luggage are reachable. Even if the host do not give any guarantee for the luggage safety, main door should not be kept open. The last thing is the missing of communication, we are human and do not book the home from the robots, so we need to communicate everything about the home with the actual people, not through on the messages or booking applications. Check-in and check out hours are limited by the codes open your home, if you exceed the time with the unexpected reasons, you can not reach to home again, this is not feasible for real human.

  : The location is very close to old town. There is a very good Italian restaurant in front of the apartment. The host responds very quickly. The apartment was clean. Good Wifi connection.
  : My personal feeling was that: (1) the pictures published in Booking.com are better than the apartment looks like in real life; (2) it is not good price performance to pay 500 EUR for 2 nights (we were 2 adults and 3 kids) taking into account point 1 and that the apartment should be left broom clean, rubbish disposed of, dishes done.

  : Great spacious apartment that is 10-15 minutes walk to old town. I really liked the size of the apartment and it was a great fit for my family of 3 (little toddler). We stayed for 2 nights and wish we could stay longer.
  : This specific apartment is on the 3rd floor with average sized spiral staircase. I had a big check-in bag which I didn't have much trouble carrying through, but it will be tiring.
