  : Location is amazing. The hotel is in an alley of sorts, right by the cathedral of the city. All around are lovely old town streets and great cafes-restaurants to enjoy. The tram to the castle/fortress is also around 10 minutes away on foot.The hotel is cute and cozy, with attentive and helpful staff. My room was comfortable and had most of the essentials. Wifi was good enough to have a couple of videocalls without problems. Overall, my stay was great.
  : The amenities could have been a bit better. I felt, for the price, you are paying a premium that is mostly for the location.I felt the room was a bit tiny, but the layout compensated well for this, as the couch was comfy and could be used as a sitting alternative to the included table (which, again, flimsy and small). My bed was really tight on space (not a big problem for me but I know people who would have struggled here).On one occassion, I left my room quite late but the room cleaning service did not get to my room even though I asked for this in the reception and they confirmed it. So, just beware that leaving late may mean your room is not cleaned for the day. Tiny detail in an otherwise great stay.

  : The hotel is a little pricey, but a good value for it's location directly off the Residenzplatz. The recption staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was simple but good.All floors are accessible via elevator and the rooms have a walk-in shower.It is possible to access with a car via the Mozartplatz, but only from 7a -11a for check-in/check-out. Otherwise you must coordinate with the receptionist.

  : The beds were comfortable (firm but not too much). The staff were delightful. The rooms were very well furnished and everything worked well. The air conditioning worked well too.The hotels location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city.
  : The bedsheets were sparse. There was a quilt....and that's it. The breakfast was a little sparse and there wasn't much on offer.
