  : We were shown to three different rooms and each room was dirty with food on the ground. Used toilet paper on each side of the bed in one of the rooms. A breakfast muffin on the floor of the third room which the receptionist found while viewing the room for cleanliness for us as instructed by her manager . The manager said we would get a full refund as we refused to stay there after being shown three dirty rooms . It was booked through booking.com. The hotel instructed me to call them so after fifteen mins on call I spoke to a lady and she then talked to the receptionist. They both exchanged e mails and I was assured I would get a refund. Today however I receive. An email from booking.com now saying they won’t give me a refund? Well ridiculously unacceptable. I have used them for a long time and had no problem before . I had to go and find another hotel for the night. Change my plans as I had spent over two hours trying to sort this mess out.
  : I will not recommend booking.com to anyone and I will never use their website again.

  : I loved how big and spacious the rooms were.
  : I waited over a half an hour just for someone to show up to the front desk to check me in. The person in front of me waited longer and when they got to there room they had to come back down and get new bedding because there’s was dirty and not changed, this happened right in front of me before I got to my room. The hotel never had any clean towels by the pool of workout rooms when I tried to find someone for towels I just gave up after 10 minutes. When I went to checkout I had to go track down the front desk person who was in the back preparing things for breakfast. I’m just glad I didn’t have to stay longer than 1 night!
