  : Bungalows are not cleaned daily nor do they provide a change of towels or sheets if staying 7 nights or less. This service for change of towel or sheets is only provided after one week.

  : We found staff very rude except for bar staff we didnt receive any housekeeping during our stay and when we asked for clean towels Stephanie refused us, she wasnt very pleasant during our stay

  : We had rented two familiy bungalows and it was very nice and cosy and you have everything there what you need. the restaurants are nice and plenty of food, evening buffet was plenty and everything clean and kept well in order. There was nothing that was not on hand. Highly recommendable.! there where show and entertainment for kids and adults.
  : Cant think of anything. We came out of season so we didnt go into the pools - cant judge on that though.

  : Beautiful pools, nice greenery around accommodation. Good location for the centre of Salou and the beach. There is a small supermarket onsite and a larger one just up the road from the resort. The bungalow was nice. Excellent Air Conditioning
  : Beds were hard. No cleaning of the bungalow or towel/sheet change for 7 days. No washing machine in the bungalow but there is a laundrette you can utilise at 4.50 per wash. The safety deposit box does not work well and stopped working in both rooms so we had to get staff to open it and we where still charged for it which was too expensive for faulty equipment. There is more Mosquitoes because of the greenery possibly

  : Amazing facitilites, pool is great, entertainment is great, cabins were clean and spacious.
  : We were right in the back of the camp, from 7am Monday to Friday it seemed we were staying in the middle of a construction site.Constant noise from 7am between lorries and construction work. The only other issue we had was there was never any room when you went to the bar at night, always reserved tables which forced us to go outside the park at night which we didn't want due to having a small child and the entertainment in the park being brilliant.

  : I really don't have anything positive to add, I didn't like anything. Security staff at the gate were very friendly and that's the only positive I can offer.
  : Arriving after midnight to a room with no bedding just mattress protectors, and no towels. After a long day traveling the last thing we needed was to chase around basic staples you would expect any accommodation to provide.The security tried to be as helpful as he could but has limited English so couldn't really do much to help, absoolutely not his fault.I went to reception in the morning to discuss the issue and advised towels and bedding are extra!! And booking.com do not make people aware of this! If this is the case in my opinion the resort still has a duty of care to booking customers and a simple follow up email to advise of this stipulation would make things a lot smoother and cause much less upset!!Now I've no issue adding cost for bedding and towels but not being made aware of it for starters.and personally think this should just be added into the booking cost overall.I paid 30 for 3 towels and sheets for 3 beds and that was to do 2 adults and a teen for 5 days!!! I arrived back to find the towels and bedding I paid for dumped on the table outside the chalet.I have absolutely no problem advising i would never stay here again, nor would I recommend it as extra costs are very hidden and the accommodation itself is less than standard. 2 people could not be in the bedroom at the same time as it was simply too small.If you are anyway claustrophobic then I suggest not using the toilet.We went out and bought our own towels and toilet roll.I would understand if this was a bottom of the barrel cost for booking but it wasn't!
