  : Half of the hotel is very old and when you are booking and does not tell you where you will stay. My brother had to stay in a very old hotel room, probably from the 80s-90s with lots of stains on the carpet, not working mini fridge. even though the room was very big it was not very pleasant. I was lucky enough to get one of the new rooms and even though it wasn't very big it had new appliances e.g. tv, mini fridge and was very clean. So i highly recommend asking which room you will be given if you are booking the hotel. Also it is far from the center and the closest tube is 2 kilometers away, so if you are sightseeing not a very good location because constantly have to take taxis to get around.

  : Some rooms need renovation Bar should be open evening/night since it’s a hotel for institutional visits and such clients need the bar for talks and drinks Toiletries should be improved (shampoo/gel)

  : A nice view out of the window, very quiet, helpful staff...
  : The wallpaper and douche cabin are a bit dated and need refreshing. But this is not a biggie.
