  : The staff is very friendly.The hotel is very clean although for four nights it did not change my bed linen.The restaurant and breakfast place look great.Although they have tried to make a four star hotel, I cannot consider it a four star because of the shortcomings
  : - I stayed four nights and they didn't change the linen- smells bad in bathrooms from sewerage- the free water was not completed every day- the sink in the bathroom is mounted very high and you wash hard, it is uncomfortable- the pillows are not of quality. They are filled with a poor quality synthetic material- you can't get warm in the room. You only have the variant of air conditioning that is for cooling air. Heaters do not work- on TV you have few western European channels. Changing channels is difficult.Breakfast :- for four days it was the same. You have limited product variants- orange juice of poor quality. It could NOT be consumed.- coffee is not great- breakfast staff must be learned. The products and cutlery were brought from the kitchen directly into the hand, without the use of traysThe location is far from the city center, 4 km. The problem is that you have no convenient options to get to the city center. It is preferable to use UBER which costs about 250 rubles.The room is on the top floor, attic.This hotel is a family business. They tried to do things very well. Instead, in the rooms they used cheap furniture and products. This can be observed quickly. It cannot be considered a four star hotel.

  : Good hotel. Nice and spacious rooms. First time we got a room, where someone was smoking. Girls on reception solved this issue and placed us in another room ASAP. Any problems and issues were solved without any problems. We have asked to keep our medicine in restaurant fridge and the answer for request was positive.Location is fairly close to tube stations. For some tourist might seem to be a little bit far from restaurants and public services
  : Breakfast was always the same. For 7 nights a little bit annoying.Rooms to be better checked before new guests are comming. Some lamps did not work but were fixed ASAP.First assigned room was full of cigarette smoke even though the policy said - ,,no smoking in premises,,
