  : The staff (two elderly ladies) was relatively friendly and helpful even though we didn’t have a common language. The WiFi was ok. Beautiful location.
  : There are no signs of the hotel on the street, and nobody knew where the hotel was. We had to ask a random clerk at a wine store to call the hotel for us. The staff, two elderly ladies, didn’t speak any English or any other language beside Russian. The staff was definitely not trained professionals. There was no actual reception but a small corner with a bed and tv where the staff receives the guests and probably lives as well, very suspicious and shabby. We received no receipt from our payment and the staff had money stored everywhere - tax avoision? The room appeared to be tidy, but the walls in the shower were dirty. Someone had been in our room when we were away and tried to wash these with a pink frilly washing glove, or then someone had taken a shower in our room... The bed sheets were ok, but we noticed an itch after leaving the hotel - bed bugs? There was no warm water. The hotel was far from the metro.
