  : Staff was nice and rooms were clean. We got everything done although they were not skilled in English. The location was excellent. We enjoyed restaurants in the neighborhood a lot.
  : Yes, there were some things we did not like and we discussed these issues with the staff.

  : The location is very good- you may walk down the Voznesensky prospect to Isaac and all the main beautiful places;Air condition works very good;The reception guy is very polite
  : Room size was very small and in the end at the reception he told me that there are 2 hotels together- nevertheless I ordered Grand lion, I was living in Lion- room very small and NO ROOM CLEANING during 2 nights!

  : Extremely thin walls. I could hear how others were texting on their phone, in the room next door. Imagine other activities.Installing mosquitoes windows protection could be useful in summer time.Breakfast can be improved...

  : All the stuff and management was very kind and polite. I know they have nothing to do with the hotel rooms... Air condition worked good. They tried their best with english. Thank you.
  : 1.Very loud electricity box in the room (they provide us ear plugs low quality, we could hear "bzzzzzzz" sound all night and day.2. Load location, under street.3. Although we booked superior room it was in very bad shape, 5.th floor, without elevator.4. We found old fruits and yogurts in the room refrigirator (when was it cleaned?!). Also room refregirator is very loud, we had to turn it off.5. Almoust to small bed for two, matress in bad shape.6. Very bad breakfast, with small selection of food. 7. Although hotel description said there is 24 h reception, we couldn't make check out at 4 am although we said we will check out at 4 am and they said there will be someone at the reception desk. We couldn't find anyone, so we just left key card on the desk.8. Toilet seat was broken (holded just on one side).
