  : The layout was nice, parking was a challenge. The neighbor next door played exceptionally loud music until about 2am in the morning. I actually ended up calling the local police to file a complaint and I've never done that until then. The management was also notified but no help.

  : Awesome apartmentRooftop patioViewCleanThis place is great overall and my comments in the bad are just my opinion except PARKING. I would definitely stay there again. Owner just needs a few touch ups. Really didn't affect our stay except PARKING. $120 in 3 days just to park 1 block away.
  : Parking is TERRIBLE!!! And expensive. Secure lot with cameras is $40 a night and 1 block away.Limited kitchen supplies for cooking( need a sheet pan and a sauté pan)Lighting needs help. Brighter bulbs. Furniture was broken. Dining room chair and living room chair couldn't use.TV volume stuck on high with no remote to turn down. 1 block west and its projects and homeless people.

  : wrong lock box code, apartment had a strong and fresh marijuana smell. Booked a 2 bedroom suite, and got sent to a 1 bedroom. Ended up getting cancelled on because they made a mistake with our reservation and still charged us $45.00 for their mistake. even the apartment we mistakenly got; the 1 bedroom, absolutely disgusting! Hair on the floor, cob webs along the windows cells, dust, finger prints all over the windows…

  : Very bad neighbor hood,not enough towels,no blow up mattress,have to pick up key in back of building bums approached us and the smell in the alley was atrocious.My son and his wife were approached by a guy with a screwdriver, the noise from the street at night is terrible keeps you up,was crumbs in the couch, it was the worse place I've ever stayed.They gave me some of my money back $45 what a joke lol

  : one of the elevators didn’t always work and the stairway fire door was stuck closed. the loft wasn’t as well cleaned as I would have preferred.

  : The size of the unit was fantastic. The location was great. The instructions were very clear. The kitchen is gorgeous. Tons of things to love about this!
  : The guest bathroom toilet wasn't working correctly. A small dresser in the bedroom would be helpful.
