  : The older hotel had a nice chandelier.
  : There were no luggage racks for the room to use, so you had to lug everythung up the stairs. No one asked if you needed any help. The front desk staff was short and not very friendly, only telling you what they won't be doing. they said they don't know where you can park, although it is free to park on their side of the street. How can you not know that? the hotel was HOT, MUGGY, AirCon doesn't really work. The hotel has not got food open Sunday that we could find, the hotel doesn't allow pictures unless you have a contract for additional 150 so there were many prom guests in lobby complaining about that. The staff did not bring ice bucket, only loaded in one coffee cup when room says 2 are there, we called and no one came, we went to the desk, no one came, we had to call again and someone came in to give the coffee cups. There was 1 water bottle, but nome for the coffee was replaced by day. I had to go to CVS and buy coffee. The mimi fridge was so low it may as well have been off. The room temperature was 77-79 with air circulation fan. It was miserable, I couldn't sleep at all. There is parking around the hotel for 10.00 per day and night so the 47.00 fee is just for their staff to put the car into the garage 1 block away that is something you can do. There are no signs as to where the ice is, and there is only 1 floor with ice it's floor 8. You must wait 20 minutes for the elevator to come and then fill ice and do it again wait for elevator in hot hot hallways. This stay was ridiculous in so many ways, only one phone may connect to the wifi. Otherwise they charge. The showers were cold water, not a lot of hot, so you can cool down that way.

  : We had booked a total of 3 rooms. One room the tv did not work and the other room the toilet didn't flush well. Also, we paid $48 each for Valet parking for 3 cars. We checked out at 10:30 am on Sunday, scanned our valet slip and it took almost an hour for us to get our vehicles from the valet. That is not good customer service and we could have paid to park elsewhere for cheaper if this was going to be the case. Also, the front desk clerk on duty, which I did not get her name, was not very personable either. We probably will never stay at this establishment again.

  : Stay at Magnolia was pleasant. Staff were good. Food was also nice. Bar tenders/ waiters were courteous. Even though i stayed at 17th floor maneuvering between lobby to room was a breeze due to the fast lift. Toiletries were good. Room was kept tidy every time all the time.
  : Hotel is itself very old and they can't do much about it. The vintage look, old carpets, smell etc are bit a drag otherwise it was a nice hotel. Telephone at my room didn't work on the very first day. I tried to call reception but failed. I reported T reception and one technician came to replace the phone. But no use. Same was the situation till the day I checked out. If I needed anything from reception I had to go all the way to the lobby level to meet them which was something we don't expect in a 4Star hotel.

  : The location was great! Everything we wanted to see and do was within a 20 minute walk.
  : The rooms were very outdated. Bathroom sink was tiny and ours wasn’t that clean. You don’t get the luxury feel for the price you pay. The bathrobes were stiff and not fluffy. The cookies they love to advertise were only available one of three nights we were there for.

  : It was beautiful hotel. Parking cost was way too high. They should give guests a discount.
  : They are pet friendly, meaning your pet can stay there but there are no restaurants in hotel where pet can eat. We ended up walking several blocks to find a place where we could eat outdoors with our dog. They werent helpful in giving us that info either. Had to look it up. Hotel itself great but they need an outdoor area with restaurant so you can stay there and eat with your pet. And valet parking needs to be a lot cheaper.

  : Great location, close to ball field.
  : Texted for the car in the am and received a text back about 15 minutes later saying no valet was available. Went to check out (on a timeframe for airport), and the clerk went into the game room to wake up the valet who then went to get our car. Showers are too small, elevators very small and need work. Only two of the three were operable.
