  : Run down, bare bones accommodations. Dirty floor. I might have been sleeping on a box springs with a mattress pad over it. I have never slept on a bed that hard before. Im not sure the sheets were clean. It was not a comfortable night.

  : Im just rely used to customer service being from vegas. Guest service is huge. It took over vegas in the early 90s when casino/hotels realized they wanted repeat business as ther used to be much fewer hotels but vegas grew in spurts and that started a huge guest service industry inside about every hotel. I ended up going through so much training then became a trainer teaching customer service and more. So I just felt it was a bit lack luster from the start. After that it was fine. The first time I stayed I mustve gotten a redone room as it had much newer parts all over. This time it was a bit rely used.
  : The check in time is just to late. Even the markers on the freeway say now days pull over if ur tired so if I was super tired I cant even stay at ur hotel cas I cant check in till 3pm. I just dont get it. Noon would be much better.
