  : They don’t have breakfast. Clean was poor.

  : It was cheap, the room was spacious and clean. It wasn't well lit however. I had to be almost directly under light to read without straining my eyes.
  : Breakfast was overwhelming, like waking up to disappointment. Normally I wouldn't complain, but they made just enough of a big deal about it to set expectations. Breakfast is even advertised outside of the place in big letters. I got there 15 minutes after breakfast started, and it was so barren you'd think I got there hours late. And literally it was just cereal from a dispenser, packaged oatmeal, and muffins. Apparently there was juice and coffee too but I was disappointed enough that I immediately left on principle. Check-in was also excessive. Multiple forms, multiple signatures and initials, and I had to write down my license plate number for them. There was also something posted at the front desk about charging $250 as a deposit or something, but that thankfully didn't happen to me. If they are charging people though, that's the sort of thing that'd be nice to know beforehand rather than at check in. I can't remember a place where I needed more than one signature to sign in.

  : Breakfast was minimal, but OK, and as expected. Room amenities were fine. Front desk was good. Pool looked nice, and people were swimming, but we didn't. Location was perfect.
  : It met expectations, but carpet was dark, and you couldn't tell how dirty it was. The room had obviously been cleaned, but it's needs a major deep cleaning at some point. But, I get it, that costs money, and for $53 a night, this was a good value.
