  : Beautiful spaceous room, nice bathroom with bathtub. Wifi was also good. There was a lot of room for our stuff. The bed was huge as well. We didn't take breakfast as we wanted to have serpme kahvalti in old town.
  : no drinks in the minibar, no coffee machine (only nescafe). Sadly there was no separate sitting area, it was in the room so it was difficult when our kids were sleeping. We were also disappointed the outdoor pool was closed (end of june) apparantly for them it was not warm enough yet (it was 30C). Inside pool was nice but a bit cold.

  : Poor breakfast with limited variety and no options.There is no service to take the bags from the car to rooms during check-in and the other way around during checkout, and we have been asked to take them by ourselves.

  : The size of the hotel is large enough, the parking is convenient, and the car can be parked on the side of the road. There are many rooms, and the cleaning staff is very kind.
  : 1. The Booking shows that the reserved room has a pool view, but the room assigned to me does not have one. I explained to the front desk staff that she said she can change to a room with a pool view, but I need to take off all my luggage the she will give a new room card to me.Instead of giving me the key card first, put the luggage in the new room and then take the original key card to her.It is very troublesome to take luggage repeatedly. 2. The sink in the bathroom is broken, and the water can't flow down, making it very inconvenient to wash. Someone came to "repair" it, but after that, it quickly returned to its original state and could not be used normally. 3. When checking out, the front desk staff insisted that I hadn't paid. I showed him the bank message of the payment, but he said he couldn't read it. OK, no problem. I showed him the payment information on the Booking again, and it showed "paid", and he said that it refers to the total amount that I need to pay. He doesn't seem to understand the difference between paid and need to pay. He was very unfriendly the whole time, kept repeating the same thing, saying my credit card was locked and they didn't charge it. I told him that I had updated my credit card and made a successful payment three days ago, which was confirmed by the staff at check-in. But he didn't try to understand what I was talking about, or try to communicate with Booking, as if he couldn't make a mistake. Later, a female supervisor told me that she contacted Booking, I had paid, there was no problem, and she apologized to me. But the male staff member did not offer the slightest apology. I would not stay here again and I do not recommend this hotel.
