: The facilities are good and the price is relatively cheap comparing with the hotels near the old city. Though a little far from the old city, there are public buses reaching the entrance of the hotel. We leaved in the early morning and found no taxis, and the staff drove their car to send us to bus terminal.

: Booked a suite, the room was rather nice and spacious. Staff was great, spoke good english. Wifi was working alright. It was easy to park, there was some kind of parking on the other side of the road. Quiet location.
: Booked the room for the spa bath tub but it ended up being broken, it wouldn't keep the water in, if I wanted to use it I had to keep the water running but then the water wasn't hot anymore, really disappointing. They should either fix that bath tub or simply stop mentioning it as an the main equipment of the room if you can't really use it.... The washbasin mixer was also in a poor shape, which makes me think that the whole bathroom all together lacked some serious basic upkeep, which is really a shame, my stay and feedback would have been a lot better if the bathroom had some repairs/fix....
