  : I had worked all day on 7/4/24 (my birthday), checked in at approximately 9:00 p.m., and had neither the inclination nor the energy to turn around and go back home; however, if the bed had been as crappy as the rest of the room, rest assured I wouldn't have stayed.
  : Hotel lobby was okay (can't say the same about the staff, see below), but my room was abysmal; they must've been saving all the good rooms for someone else, because it sure wasn't for me. Started out bad with the valet not even bothering to open my car door for me (as well as not even offering to help an old lady--I'm 57--with her luggage), and ended with me checking out early, on a three night stay that I prepaid over $700 for.I really feel bait and switched; the photographs on the website portray lovely, bright, spacious rooms but when I walked in to the dismally painted space, I was surprised that a king size bed could fit in a room that small. The room was overall unclean (e.g., cobwebs, filthy windows, some dried shnutz on the desk), and my "view" was of burned-out buildings and graffiti. The final straw was when one of the desk clerks asked how my stay was and I told him I was disappointed, and that it was my birthday weekend, and I was really looking forward to staying there, he didn't offer me any sort of remedy he just said "sorry your stay was bad." Thankfully, his coworker walked over to me while I was waiting for my Uber and kindly asked whether there was anything she could do, maybe move me to another room, or offer me some sort of discount, etc., but by that point, it was already too late.Right down to the free water I was handed upon check-in, and then charged $4.00 for in my room, there is no way in hell this could be considered a "luxurious, five star" hotel.I would not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

  : Other than very clean, design of rooms and bathroom are good. it feels very comfortable and convenient. Staff are friendly and efficient. Easy to get to and plenty of parking ramp and street parking. Court parking very cheap over night and weekends but not day-time weekdays.
  : window isolation is not good. We were in 4th floor and were able to hear cars and people on sidewalk. Just across street, there was low class nightclub where people gathered in front of. We were hearing all chatters, laughters and screamers. Most annoying, every car/bike passed by that inersection had to rev up the engine. Exhaust sounded explosively every 5-10 min. We check windows twice if closed or not. There were closed surpassingly. Had to use ear plug to have some peace and sleep.

  : Good location, very close to the freeeway. Loved the pillows. Excellent meals - the stuffed French toast was delicious. Personable and friendly staff.

  : Rude, dismissive front desk clerk. She seemed like she completely hated her job and did not want to answer any questions or inform us of anything about our stay. Extremely loud hotel. Absolutely no parking.

  : It's a nice hotel and it was clean a little noisy, you could hear the noise from the street even though we were seven floors up.
  : The valet forgot to give me a ticket and they had issues finding my car when I was ready to leave. They need to streamline this piece of business better. They also charge $49 for day parking which I thought was quite high.
