  : I had to wait for 30 mins that is what the sign said. The first room the door didn’t lock and I called and she put me in a different room, there was no hot water at all and when we were about to leave from the hotel from the 2nd floor from the roof there was water spraying down and the roof from up above looked like they had water damage.

  : The property was conveniently located in Sacramento down town area. The second room we got was a lot cleaner than the first.
  : So because they do not run the air conditioning in unoccupied rooms the room never got cool. Eventually the outside was cooler than inside of the hotel room. I did bring it up to the desk and they kindly moved us to another room however it was the same problem. Being that it was late and we didn’t want to move all of our stuff to another hotel we just grinned and bared it. It was 113 degrees that day at check in, went and turned the AC on immediately and left to go around the town and get dinner and came back a few hours later but the room was still not cool. Changed rooms and was still having the same issue.
