  : The apartment is very well furnished, three brand new AC units, views of the Marina, a new kitchen and bathroom, it was a really nice apartment for us, including our <18 month old daughter.
  : The host is using some kind of automation system which makes interactions very impersonal. Though the booking info claims keys are available in lockbox, it was only through trial and error with a sort of virtual customer support system that we could learn what the lockbox code was, information about where the lockbox was specifically was never shared (there is a lockbox at the door of every apartment in the building). I recommend the property management company do an overall heuristic review of their system, it's not perfect and if we didn't have roaming data on our phones we'd be locked out and seriously unhappy.

  : Location is perfect and everything looks exactly as shown on the pics, and even better! Apartment is big enough for 4 people and has a good size terrace with a stunning view over Port Soller. Dishwasher and washing machine were very useful. Check in and access (once I figured it out) was easy. Mind that there are two entrances and two sets of stairs at this house - right and left. Pay attention to the instructions.
  : Kids's room didn't have a window. I got a lot of repeating (computer generated it seemed) emails before our arrival, a lot more than one usually gets from a property booked over booking,.com. So it was hard for me to distringuish between important emails and those just repeating the same info over and over again. As a result I nearly missed the need to check -in online before our arrival (it's the first time I ever had to do it). It's important to check in online prior to arrival in order to get your key information!

  : The whole process was seamless, from booking to details regarding the property location and access. The property itself was exceptional. Obviously recently refurbished, excellent kitchen and bathroom. Lovely balcony with views over the port. Spotlessly clean and all equipment provided.
  : The property is in a very elevated position in the port, many steps or very steep road access required to reach the property and it is then on the 3rd floor with over 50 stairs to reach. No parking available around the property either. Property should be advertised as such - not suitable for older people or those with reduced mobility.

  : Great location with the most amazing views. Very comfy beds and good air conditioning system. The host was very accommodating by amending our check out time.
  : The key safe system was very confusing. The directions and instructions were not clear enough. The building has two entrances (one on the left and one on the right) the instructions to get into the building where not clear enough as the building mirrors itself so make sure you check which stairs to us (right or left) The shower water went cold after a couple of minutes which as a shame as the facilities were lovely and modern. There was lots of steps and up hill walking to the property but very good location for views and access to the port.

  : The view from the apartment and balcony is stunning and worth the walk up the steps. The actual apartment is well equipped, has air conditioning and is quite peaceful for a good nights sleep. It is convenient for getting around generally and for nearby restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again.
  : There were a lot of emails/messages about different things after confirming the booking which was quite confusing.
