: Recieved a warm welcome at reception and was given a room upgrade. The suite was large, modern, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. I had reserved secure underground car parking and this was accessed from the road beside the hotel with the steel shutter being raised by using your hotel suite key.We ate that evening in a nearby Italian restaurant recommended by the hotel and weren't disappointed - the meal was excellent. Breakfast the next morning was a self serve buffet in pleasant surroundings with a good selection of croissants, breads, ham, cheeses, fruits and juices plus excellent coffee.I have no hesitation in recommending the Regina Hotelsuites and shall be booking them again the next time I come this way.

: location is great next to the lift, supermarket and bakery nearby. kind staff and great gym and spa facilities.

: The sauna area was fantastic and the food didn't disappointed either. It was centrally located and close to where I was working.
: I hated the fact I had to carry heavy luggage down two flights of stairs to get to my room whilst having a sore shoulder. The hotel is like a labyrinth. Good luck finding your way around. I spent 45 minutes taking my luggage to and from my vehicle to my room and met various people numerous times because everyone was getting lost. The summer card was given to me on the day I checked out, and I received conflicting advice on what to do to get it - I've always received the card the moment I check into a hotel. Staying here was more of a hassle than a relaxing hotel to stay in after a full day of volunteer work. The lady on reception on the day of check out could have been friendlier also, her attitude was not the best. A really disappointing stay after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures...

: nice hotel, good location, great summer card offer. dinner a La cart was very good, also lady who been serving us food and providing good recommendations of local wine
: the kids price for breakfast was announced as 12 euro, but in fact, they charged 20. not crucial, but unpleasant. the breakfast at restaurant on the top (James Bond) costs 22 euros, just to compare.
