Haus Luigi - Sölden

Opened in October 2015 Haus Luigi is located a 10-minute walk from Sölden's centre and 200 metres from the Gaislachkogelbahn Cable Car. It offers self-catering apartments and provides free private parking. WiFi is available. All guests receive a 10% discount on the admission of the Aqua Dome Thermal Spa which is within 13.8 km and guests can buy the tickets right on site. The spacious and modern apartments at Haus Luigi feature a balcony a fully equipped kitchen and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The large bathrooms come with a shower and a hairdryer. You can enjoy mountain views from each apartment. Fresh bread rolls can be delivered to the apartments daily. From October to mid-December guests can request continental breakfast which will be served in the apartment's dining area. In addition guests can access the in-house sauna and infrared cabin free of charge 3 times a week. A ski storage room is available on site and a cross-country ski run starts directly on the premises.

In summer guests can find several scenic hiking and mountain biking trails right outside. Bicycle maintenance facilities can be used free of charge such as cleaning facilities tools and a lockable bicycle storage room. The Ötztal Premium Card is included in all rates from beginning of June to beginning of October and offers free rides on the cable cars lifts and buses free guided hiking tours free access to public baths and lakes and many more benefits. Ski courses can be booked on site. In summer guests can access the Sölden tennis courts free of charge.

: The appartement was perfect. Clean, roomy, everything you need, value for money was great. No complaints about anything to be honest. The breadservice every morning was great too. Certainly would stay here again!
: No partition on the balcony. For my privacy and the stuff I had with me, a partition on the balcony would be welcome so nobody could just walk over to the other appartement.

: the owner of the apartment itself was great - hard working all day and still hospitable and helpful
: the lady at the office at "A Casa Check-In" where we picked up the key, was miserable, when we called to ask if there is a duvet cover for the sofa. she (unfortunately, she didn't even say her name) didn't ever consider that there could be a misunderstanding with my booking and just offended me as soon as she picked up the phone. background was that I (and the owner of the appartment) assumed i had booked for two people (me and a coworker). for that reason, the owner ordered a second door key at the office after our arrival which the lady obviously already considered as a complaint. because we were there for work and we were busy this day right after arriving and picking up the key, we were in the apartment just in the evening. the call for the duvet around 8 p.m was obviously too late to treat us like normal guests. disappointing behavior unfortunately.. p.s.: the duvet then cost a 35 euro extra with the explanation that this option was thought for a third person. no worries about that as its written in the small letters. but she therefore told my coworker and me to sleep in the same bed before the owner of the apartment finally helped us out :)

: We had a great week! Appartement is what we expected. Not special, but comfortabel, clean and a good location.
: Check in at a casa checkin was annoying, far away from the appartment and staff was unfriendly. Took too much time. The appartment has a bit too much Ikea furniture and accessories for our taste. Also no oven.
