  : It was near the area we went to visit.
  : The AC in entire hotel didnt work well. Hot in room, drainage backed up on floor. Hallways and meeting area stifling. Every sofa/upholstered chair had nasty stains. Wallpaper loose at elevator and they just stapled it back up. Floors nasty with spills.

  : Dogs barking in rooms. Elevator makes some concerning noises.

  : The ladies at the front desk were kinda snooty we were the only ones checking in. It was shift change from the looks of it. The lady leaving was pleasant the other lady was frustrated from the start. Took them 15 min to discuss a draw change and their bloopers. Then the one lady left for the day. Then the other lady told us to be patient and walked to the other then she was eating something came back out with her mouth full of food and said okay so youre checking in. We said yes, then we gave her our reservation info. Said well that room isnt ready I will have to move you rooms. Which was okay it was the same value. Then when we got to our room paint was peeling above the vanity big chunks and had one washcloth the drain in the bathroom had the stopper out sitting in the tub.

  : location free breakfast bed is very good and comfy
  : staff they dont help and not so helpfull at all looks annoyed why we have to be the one to bring used towels in the front desk to get new ones

  : Good rates ,nice size suite. Comfortable bed.
  : Had to track down sheets for sofa bed. Dishes in washer not clean. Front desk phone rang busy all 3 s we tried.

  : That they had availability and had a very reasonable price. I did downgrade the room only because it was so dark and there were lights out in the room but it was clean, which is so important!
  : Very dark and they didn't do the happy hour, which we would have liked and they kept all the lights off. So it was very dark in the sitting area we guess to discourage guests from sitting near the fireplace or Christmas tree.
