  : - too dark, not enough lamps- wardrobe too short. Shirts etc. touch the lower end- I love black, but thats too much, as it makes everything really dark

  : Not that I needed them, because it was quiet during the nights, but it was a bit weird when I entered my room on the ground floor and there were ear plugs on the bed.

  : The rooms could be cleaner. There were a lot of finger marks on the doors and switches, the sheets had some hair strands "stuck" to it (we asked the cleaning lady to change it and the next day we realized she just flipped it over since there was a stain on the upper corner that we later spotted on the bottom of the bed). The elevator had an unpleasant smell.

  : Room clean and bed was comfortable.
  : Staff not that friendly, and as soon as you got there, I had to pay tax + deposit and also state what time you wanted breakfast so that they could make sure breads etc were fresh. This didn't work as they ran out on one day and didn't replanish. My room was tiny bed far too big for the room. No space to unpacked or leave your bag, only 4 coat hangers provided. I think 2 people would have struggled to fit in this room. Tea and coffee provided but no cups. My room wasn't clean despite the please clean me sign being on the door for over 4 hrs. Hotel had no maps of city. Would question that this was a 4 star hotel. Thought very expensive for what it was and not worth the money very disappointing.
