  : *Central location- easy walk from Central Station and within easy reach of tram stops.*Well located for main attractions, e.g., Markthal, cube houses, Erasmus Bridge.*Variety of shops/restaurants close by.*Modern, comfortable rooms.*Nice bar area.*Rooms had plenty of sockets for charging.
  : *Trek to breakfast hall, which was a huge, cavernous, old-fashioned space - not nice!*Breakfast options were not great. Limited choices but food was fresh and tasty enough.*One of our rooms was not serviced on day 2 of our stay despite us being out from 9am - 4pm and our 'Service the room' sign being on. This happened again with both rooms on day 3, and rooms were hastily cleaned once I had complained at reception.*Kingsize room 303 was spacious enough, but there was no hanging space or coat hangers only a coat stand.*Kingsize room 303 also did not have access to TV channels.

  : Location was great. Modern building, modern well styled rooms.
  : Location of the gym. The tea and coffee facilities were lacking. The cups were too small, not good tea choice. Complementary water would have been nice. The shower was Luke warm on one of the days not sure why.

  : Only external parking option, really expensive Breakfast was improvised and not really matching a 4 Star Hotel.Instand coffee at the room is also more a low budget hotel

  : At 8.30 all hotel started trembling with horrible drilling. The noise was so loud that I had to leave the hotel immediately. When I went to check out early because of this the receptionists served even two people before me without their turn. When I brought this to their attention they just offered me a hotel business card. I wrote to the “manager” and never heard back. Very disappointed!

  : Nice rooms, clean sheets.
  : No barrier free entrance. If you are on a wheelchair or if you travel with a baby on a stroller, be aware that you have to climb stairs to enter or exit to/from hotel. No hot water in the shower. Toilet light was alway on and couldn't be turned off. Phone in the room was not working.
