  : Very rude unwelcome staff /manager Who was there to check us in , then where no where to be found after that they had the money and didnt care any more . . There was no one to ask where we could get a drink or something to eat nothing in the room either . . After 7 hours driving we were ready for a hot drink . We had to go out and find out where to go . The Tv wasnt working at 7pm I went to the reception and rang the bell 6 times but no one came the reception is supposed to be open from 4pm till 10pm . . Breakfast was very minimal and when we left the girl just took the key & said bye. When I got home I found I had left my cardigan in the cupboard. When I phoned the next day at 4.30pm I was told to call back at 10pm when his girl was in !!! I asked if he could go up to the room to look . On the first floor . He said he couldnt !!! I called again at 7.pm to ask if he could take a-look in the room . He told me theres guests in the room , I said I hope they dont take my cardigan ,then he said no the room is clean. ????He told me to call back the next day at 4pm. I asked if he could just take a-look for me he very Rudy grunted swore and put the phone down. No way will we recommend this Hotel to anyone . Not welcoming. Very rude . All they want is your money and at 119 one night for 2 adults in December is is not worth a penny .
