  : nothing, it was terrible. Worst 4-star hotel in Germany we ever had.
  : Out stay in this 4 star hotel has been a very disappointing experience. We do NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE booking this hotel, quality is NOT a 4 star. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!It looks like this hotel has 8+/9- rating at first sight. Unfortunately, this has turned out a lie to many previous guests and us, hindsight wisdom. You see only when you re-sort reviews from 1.0 ratings first. It looks like all stayed in the exact same room we had. We paid quite substantial money for one night+dinner.Room they offer is a kind of storage and totally below 4-star hotel standards. Staff at reception behaved just RUDE on feedbacks:About the room:a.Room is way too small for 2 people with medium size luggage, unless you like stepping over it all the time, (and stepping over your partner to reach the bed).b.Floors and walls are smudgy, dirty, paint-less. No fresh look. Cave is better.c.Wifi in the room is not working (basically theres simply insufficient signal from the bed to use the internet). When I went to reception desk, I got answered that our room had the very best wifi of the entire hotel (....and good luck)d.Room has no climate/temperature contol/ventilation. Airless.e.Room is super noisy. Located opposite reception desk, you can literally hear and understand the conversations from people arriving/leaving the hotel (and I guess they can hear every sound you make!) all evening, night and in the morning: noisy. In the morning, the builders started 1,5 meters from the window.f.The shower becomes swimming pool due to a technical defect in the cabin.Staff at reception desk behaves IGNORANT to their guests feedback and seems not interested to listen to any facts. They have their answer ready which came down to: it was YOU who booked this place here, YOU could have read the reviews, so all is YOUR fault. Like same was used to many guests before me. Improvement to guest experiences is clearly not going to happen.

  : The room was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. There was a kettle and some tea and coffee in the room, which was nice.
  : The light switch near the bed was exactly in the spot that you normally rest the pillow against. I ended up unintentionally turning the lights on twice during the night, when I rolled over. The parking was also very difficult, there were not enough places and we arrived late when cars were already parked in every nook imaginable. We had to reverse out of a very tight dead end when we discovered all places are taken. We had to park in the street in the end, and the only place we could find was too small, so we had to leave the car partially sticking out of it.
