  : The location is right near the Spanish Steps and close to great shopping and food. The apartment has large rooms, and is nicely decorated. The unit was very clean, and there is an elevator, if you don't feel like using the stairs.
  : The description advertised didn't match reality. The apartment is advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment when in fact it is a 2 bedroom. There was a sewage smell coming from either a vent, or the washing machine, running a load as recommended didn't resolve the smell. The air conditioning didn't keep up with the summer heat, with shutters closed, and lights off, it was still uncomfortable and didn't cool all the way down even at night.The "third bedroom" is either the family room sofa, or a nook by the bathroom and kitchen with no privacy. When searching for an apartment I looked for places that could house 10 or more people (even though there were only 8). I specifically looked for 3 bedrooms units because of the makeup of our group, so you can image the disappointment as we entered to discover no third bedroom. With the one bathroom right next to the common sleeping areas, it was not a good match for our group. We made the best of it, but it was NOT comfortable because half of our group ended up in a common area. Had the information been correctly provided, we would have skipped this listing and found a better match.
