  : This hotel is the complete opposite of luxury. The rooms have no windows, the whole hotel is dirty, starting from the entrance, the elevator in which there was mold and ending with every floor and rooms. The hotel itself is far from four-star. This hotel deserves a negative number of stars. I want to highlight specifically the terrible, disgusting, unprofessional behavior of manager Mario. He is intolerant, ill-mannered and behaved inappropriately. According to him, he deliberately chooses artificial photographs to present the hotel in the best sight and considers this normal for hotel marketing, he is engaged in quackery and deceives thousands of people every day. He deceives people into paying for rooms in a hotel where in fact there are no such rooms, and every word he says is a lie. With his behavior provokes a conflict situation and on behalf of the hotel decides not to bear any responsibility for the inconvenience caused. Specifically, from my personal experience, I can say that I did not stay at the hotel for a single day and did not get my money back. This is quackery.
