  : Trevispagna guesthouse is located in the best neighbourhood that offers amazing walks to all landmarks in the city. We didn't need a taxi or public transportation except from/to the airport. Our room was exactly like the photos. We asked for a room with good natural light and the team was kind enough to give it to us since we had 2 large windows. Special thanks to the person who cleaned our room. The room was always clean and he was always very polite and helpful (one note only, since we had always new towels, the used ones can be removed from the room). Unfortunately, the room was not fully equipped as advertised (see below) but our stay was pleasant. We understand the challenges of a newly opened hotel, so we are positive that this guesthouse will improve. There was one person (we saw him once). He was attentive, polite and willing to help. Even though most of the missing elements of the room were not provided in the end, we appreciated his politeness and we wish him the best while completing the preparations.
  : The person who checked us in was not helpful when we asked for things that were supposed to be in the room originally. The AC was not working and we had to exchange a lot of messages to convince the person responsible to buy a small electric heater for us which costs only 20-25 euro. His responses were rude and he was reluctant to help. In the end, at night he brought it but he maintained his rude behaviour. The AC was supposed to work the next day but didn't. The room did not have a hairdryer. I asked the first night it and the next day I had to go out with my hair wet. I used the portable electric heater to dry my hair a bit (how comfortable!). He brought the hairdryer at night, which was too late.The TV was not usable because there was no remote control. We asked but they did not bring us one. Last and most important, we had 2 single mattresses in our double bed. One mattress was much older and lower than the other, so it was not comfortable at all to sleep together as a couple. The old mattress was sinking way too much causing back pain in the morning. They did a wonderful renovation, so they could provide good and new mattresses for their guests to make their stay nicer. It's been 3 days since we checked out. They still have not sent me my invoice. This stay is a company expense and I have to provide the invoice asap. However, the person who was (NOT) helping us during our stay is ignoring every message I send. We also paid 20€ cash at check-in, without a receipt. I was expecting it in my invoice but still nothing. Missing things are expected in a new hotel and it's ok. But ignoring the guest is something that a good hotelier knows not to do. We hope they will improve soon.
