  : I stayed from 02/09/2019 to 06/09/2019, after checkout we went to Pompei and the next day to Venice. Arriving in Venice I realized that I had forgotten the control of my TvBox at the apartment in Rome. I sent an email to the Sonder team explaining that I had forgotten my control. A day later I received an answer from the Sonder saying that they had found the control and asking for an address to deliver. I asked them to send to Hilton Fiumucino aiport that I would return on 9/14 to take the plane back to Brazil. I said that If they could not send me to the hotel, that i would pick up in the apartment myself. To my surprise 3 days after I received an email from another Sonder employee saying that they had made a mistake and the control was not there. Absurd!!!They stole my control and said they were mistaken !!Dishonest staff, I do not recommend this apartment.Not to mention that the box leaks water all over the bathroom floor,

  : The room was just a few meters from piazza navona, very modern and very spacious. A high standing flat.
  : The electronic check in process. It was very stressful as they hadn’t communicated the electronic key, impossible to have them on the phone for 30min, baby beds were missing when entering the flat.

  : Large clean apartment in central location. Would highly recommend. 2 double rooms and a sofa bed. Sofa bed very big and very comfortable. The only reason for not giving the full 10 is the automatic door was a little temperamental but there were other automated options if the first did not work but that is a little picky of me.

  : The location, space inside the apartment and cleanliness was great.
  : There were 4 power cuts in the apartment while we were there. We are a family of 6 with little kids and elderly parents and power cuts were dangerous at night with steps around.

  : - no view- should be more cooking tools (coffee maker rather than nespresso: this is Italy!; should add a frying pan)
