  : Location was great. Many shops and restaurants on the street.
  : Room was tiny. Nowhere to put anything. No coffee machine. Amenities were average. The breakfast was below average. Very pricy for what was provided. The rooftop bar was very expensive at about 20 euro for a drink whereas across the street the drinks were 7-9 euro.

  : The location is fantastic. Breakfast very good although we used to be there just after 7am and twice not all the items were readily prepared. The staff at reception (maily a tall built guy with hair and no glasses) and the tall/smart lady at breakfast were very caring and helpful at all times. They did all they could to see that we are ok
  : It is absurd that there is only one lift especially when there are the functions upstairs. One time we waited for 15mins and the lift was continuously going up and down, opening up at our floor level but it was packed with people - we ended up going down the stairs on foot. Also, the fact that from street level to the lift there are stairs, we think that you should make the person aware at booking stage that to access lift to rooms it is not step free - as for someone with mobility problems, the steps are very high. Also, for such a high end hotel, it is absurd that no double glazed windows are done to block noise from the street/roof of the hotel where functions are held. Another issue - twice we had an issue that the people using the rooms on top of ours had kids and one time till around 2am we could not sleep with the noise as if they were moving furniture. We believe that by just putting in carpets in rooms, you can easily reduce the sound effects onto the rooms below. The following morning, we complained with the reception about the noise

  : The building is beautiful internall devor is elegant and luxurious and the closeness to Piazza Navona was great
  : lift was a little difficult to get to. the staff were helpful and polite but not as friendly as we had grown accustomed to on our other stays before reaching Rome.
