  : It is very close to Roma Termini train station, which was our main objective for booking. It was clean, comfortable, easy to find, easy to enter and lock. Good, safe location in a large, historic building near some restaurants and shops. 5 minute walk to the train station/metro. The owner was very responsive and we were so thankful he was able to let us in the room a few hours early, which allowed us to fit in more sightseeing rather than waiting around for the check in time. The street noise wasnt bad even though its on a main road and we slept well. The elevator was a godsend after carting our luggage up so many flights of stairs at each train station and other hotels we stayed at around Italy!The apartment building has a manned desk in the lobby that can hold your luggage before or after check out time, which we also really liked.
  : The room and bathroom felt a little old/dated. But everything was clean and worked well.

  : For me, location is the best feature of this property. It is very close to the termini station. The area felt safe with restaurant options around the area. Also, the lift in the building is a relief!
  : The fridge doesnt really get cold. Would have been nice if we can put drinks in the fridge and drink them at the end of the day.

  : One of the small fridges did not work.I received a text the morning of check out saying to be out by 10.30am, at 10.15 the owner was at the door saying we had to leave as the next guests wanted to leave their bags in the room.

  : Great location near the train and bus stations. Good restaurants nearby. Mr. Juice nearby had great coffee and pastries. Host was great to work with. Beautiful room.
  : For a sofa bed it was comfortable enough but it was still a sofa bed, not a flat mattress as a regular bed.

  : The property is close to the major train station (Termini) and very important tourist sites like Basilica of Maria Maggiore.

  : Excellent location, very near is the central station Termini. It's Rome center and you can reach Colloseum and other beautiful places by foot. It will be great choice for those people who love walking. The owner of Royal Imperial Crown Paolo is very nice, helped to solve all questions that we had, always reachable, helped to organize transfer to airport. Thank you Paolo very much, you made our stay wonderful! Not so far is big supermarket called Il Castoro Supermercati - Santa Maria Maggiore where you can buy food and all you need for living in apartment, there are very big choice. There is a restaurant da Tudini 1969 downstairs. Here you can find very delicious desserts - tiramisu and panna cotta, vegitable sup with rice also was good, the owner of the restaurant was hospitable and very nice women. Our holidays in Rome was fantastic, I recommend this apartment.
  : A little bit uncomfortable was the bed - mattress but only one side (that is near window). My partner couldn't sleep well. Other side of mattress was good where I sleep. So maybe Paolo you can fix it somehow :)

  : The hotel's location was convenient as it was close to Termini Station, and the staff were really friendly.
  : It was uncomfortable to hear all the sounds from the room next door.

  : We were delighted about location. There is also a good restaurant around, only 5 min to the metro. Paollo was a good host as well. My boyfriend and I really recommed this place!

  : Location is excellent. Walking distance to train station. Close to major attractions, all within walking distance. Restaurants everywhere.The apartment had everything we needed.
  : Not the owner's fault, but someone had smoked in the non smoking room. We reported the matter and Paolo arranged for air freshner and got pillow covers changed.
