  : The room was big, super clean and in a really good location, just up from termini but Rome is walkable so could walk everywhere from the hotel. Check in was a bit strange - not completely clear where it is so might be worth updating the instructions for arrival. Other than that definitely a recommend, really good value for money and great accommodation.

  : Once inside it looks lovely, they made the room look very special for us, and even left us some Italian spaghetti as a leaving gift which was very nice.
  : - the staircase you have to use to get to the ‘hotel’ smells of sewers and the handrail didn’t feel clean. The lift was very small and was a struggle with lots of luggage.- the desk looks nothing like the pictures and there is only 2 tables for breakfast between 3 rooms!- there is never anyone at the desk to ask for help. You have to call a number, which obviously you don’t want to call late at night if you have a problem.- it is advertised as having a smart tv and WiFi - yet our whole stay the TV would not connect to Netflix, which we had planned to have a night in watching and couldn’t do. Instead we had to watch the only English Channel on there which was a crime channel. How romantic?!- it is also advertised as having a sauna - we never found this!!! We would loved to have used it! We weren’t even offered to use it when we arrived!- breakfast was very poor. And if you woke up later than other guests there was never anything left. - no coffee machine in room or kettle, you had to go outside into the lobby to use. But if you wanted a coffee at night - there is no milk! We had to buy our own milk just so we could have a coffee.- checking out, we wanted to leave our luggage as our flight wasn’t until late - again, no one on the desk! We called the number, only to find the office is in a completely different building and we had to take our luggage over there! Overall we had a terrible stay, the only good thing is the location. We are very disappointed having spent as much as we did to stay here. If we’d have known it wasn’t a proper hotel we wouldn’t have bothered.

  : The room looked beautiful and clean. We booked a jacuzzi in the room so that was very lovely after a long day. The location of the property was very good.
  : The breakfast on the other hand was very very poor, there was barely any food on the breakfast table. You should change the description to pastries and coffee instead of breakfast, we actually ended up buying breakfast everyday because of the poor selection. Also, the heating in the room didn’t work, which is not so great especially if the weather outside shows 12 degrees
