  : There is so much to complain! I am originally from Colombia so don't think I am expecting too much. What I did not like: Very hard mattress. Very flat pillows even the new ones. Broken shower head so bathroom floor will get wet, owner did not provide mop to dry the floor. In general not comfortable. I stayed there 15 days. There will be no cleaning not even once per week. I used the same towel for 15 days and sleep in the same bed sheets. I asked the owner for clean towels/ bed sheets and he said: I do not have. WIFI is just a mini-portable device, it is not stable, it disconnects every few minutes. Nothing for YouTube nor Netflix. WIFI is limited only 50GB, I am glad I could figure out how to book 50GB again. Apartment is 30 square meters and terrace is 20 square meters so you will feel it is smaller than advertised. AC was ultra dirty and did not turn on (I went during winter but I tested). Electric stove almost does not work (only 2 fields of 4 barely work) it is not convenient to cook there (owner will explain you that only how to operate the almost non working stove). Many parts of the wall has mold/ fungus. In general owner does not care he just wants the money. He will email you at least 2 times to remind you to bring cash to pay the city tax but does not care about the apartment. The city tax will go straight to his Montblanc wallet and you will not get a receipt. I am patient and understanding but this time I have to complain and give a review because I feel bad that you pay for this bad place and bad service. I gave him the opportunity 2 times to fix the problems but he was busy then he sends a message 1 day before departure that the technician was busy then asking me what time I leave and to put the keys on the table. I am not sure WHY this place got good ratings (without comments, strange. you get the idea).

  : The apartment is very nice, modern with a perfect terrace. The metro station is very closely located to the apartment. Some of the attractions of Rome are in walking distance from the apartment. The accommodation is in a quiet environment and yet in the heart of the action . The communication with the owner was very good, nice and without any problem.

  : As a family with children, we had a nice experience overall. The location is perfect, when you leave the apartment, you are only a few steps away from the places to visit, the metro, the market. All necessary equipment was available in the kitchen.
  : The air conditioner was broken when we went. Fabrizio, the person we received the keys from, tried very hard to fix it, although the repairman came during our stay, the problem could not be fixed. This problem should have been solved before we arrived. It is also not possible to open a window due to mosquitoes. It also needs to be a little more sensitive about cleaning.

  : The Cleanliness, the apartment was full of ants, we were handed the bathroom not cleaned, and we were only given t four bathroom towels for a stay of 6 days and 2 people with no washing machine. Also, there was no wifi it was for an extra charge

  : Very central! We walked most nights to the spanish steps for dinner, and spent a nice day in the park nearby. Its a very simple apartment, but we were only there to sleep so it was perfect. Fabrizio was very helpful when checking us in.
  : It was all pretty good! The door locks are a bit strange and take some getting used to.

  : Location was very good for those who wants to access the shopping area of Via del Corso and still have access to metro or by foot to other areas in the heart of Rome.Apartment area was good too, and stuff was cooperative as much as they could.
  : The bed smells very very bad and stinks, we couldnt ignore it and even tried to sleep at the couch outside the bedroom.Furniture and equipment mostly old (same in the photos but in very exhausted condition) and lots of dirts in the corners of some crucial spots that makes you inconvenience staying there.Dont say it is the worst in the world but definitely not for that price neither for the rating the apartment has here
