  : Really comfortable, perfect for a family. Location was ideal.
  : Kitchen is not set up for actual cooking this was fine with us but dont plan to make actual meals.

  : The location of the house was the most important thing. Is close to everything youll need to see and about 5 min away from Metro. Also its really minimal and stylish.
  : Unfortunately they cant do an early check in or a late check out, and they have no space to leave at least your luggage which is not really convenient. The whole experience is a little bit unfriendly, the house doesnt have even a bottle of water or some coffee to use.

  : We really loved Rome as a city, the apartment was central we pretty much walked everywhere. Lovely restaurants near and the apartment was nice and big!
  : We stayed here for 4 days, we had no visit from a maid although it states after 2 days = no fresh towels for 4 days!! Also the bathroom was full of mould, no extra pillowcases for the pillows on bed. Finally, when we had just travelled over 6 hours to the apartment we wait 15 minutes for the host, he let us and there was a problem with their card machine over the phone at a nearby hotel. He made all 4 of us walk 20 minutes to the hotel because he didnt trust 2 of us to stay. We were so tired and we got there for our cards to be working perfectly fine and just a problem on their side. We did not want to pay cash we agreed this at the first stage of booking.com! Nice apartment but few things left it down.

  : The location is amazing and the apartment is pretty
  : I do not know if it is normal in Italy but the host charged me 50 euros when i arrived stating it is to pay taxes, which was actually hard to understand what was happening since he does not speak any english at all, I was trying to communicate in some italian mixed with spanish but he still did not understand anything so the welcoming was awkward. The kitchen is separated from the actual apartment, you have to pass through a common area to get to your kitchen. And they try to enter to the apartment while we were there still

  : When we arrived towels in the bathroom were dirty, there was not enough soap for the length of our stay, the utensils in the kitchen were dirty. On the last day while we were packing we were gathering all our belongings. We used the safe provided which had a malfunction so it didn't open and the host was not around Rome to open it. I had to organize on my expense a car to pick him up from a city outside Naples to get the safe open with my pasport inside in time for me to get to the airport. That was definitely less expensive than to get new flights and loosing the opportunity of a new customer meeting i had the next day. Worse experience i ever had so far.

  : Very good location, quite area, nice building with lift.Clean, pleasant and comfortable apartment with 1 big bed and 1 sofa which can be easily turned into a bed.So 2 pairs (4 people) can sleep. You need to request extra linen and blanket in advance.Electric tea pot, dishes, iron, washing machine are available.
  : It would be convenient to have at least a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival and a piece of coffee for the coffeemaker to understand what type of coffee to use in it. Also would be good to have washing liquid to wash dishes as no reason to buy the full bottle for just couple of days.

  : Excellent location, very clean and roomy, had all we needed.
  : Other than a little more toilet paper needed (we were a group of 6 people!) my only concern was that we shared a hallway with another room and the tenants felt that the hallway as well was theirs. They left their door open, smoked (my kids have asthma) and left their bags out, filling the hall. I also had a little trouble staying connected to the internet.
