  : This BnB was in absolutely perfect location, our triple room was large and super comfortable. There was gelato, tiramisu, and multiple restaurants within 20ft of the front door. Breakfast was good with some pastry and cold cuts, no hot food, but that is very common for European hotels.
  : Our only complaint was that our A/C was not as powerful in one of our rooms compared to our other room next door, and during the heat wave we wanted our room to be as cold as possible. So sleeping in a warm room was not great.

  : The location was excellent. The room was emormous as was the bed and so very comfortable. The breakfast choice was good. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely book again for my next trip to Rome.

  : The location is excellent and the rooms look modern.The staff is nice, they helped us with transportation to the airport. Breakfast was good.
  : The last floor isnt accessible by the elevator and the steps are very steep so its really hard to get the suitcases up there.During check in hours the reception is closed which is not convenient is there are any issues. For example- the rooms werent close to being ready when we came to check in and we were only 20 min early. The cleaning lady was still cleaning the first floor.Maintenance is not good. Many things in the room were half broken.The room wasnt very clean. The floor had hairs on it.

  : I had a loft room, no air conditioning, up some steep stairs, no kettle or crockery in room. I had expected a nicer room for the money I had paid, but was disappointed in what I got.
