  : Ok honestly there is nothing wrong with the appartement we booked.. it was clean and functional .It is more about the lack of hospitality.We left a pair of shorts outside to dry the lady called us -we were at the supermarket-that it was not aloud to leave anything outside ok, there are rules in life .One can ask and do as asked but she did it herself : went in our appartement and hanged it in the bedroom where all our stuff was.In the same phone-call I asked her if we could grab two outdoor chairs because there was:A terrasA patioA gardenThe answer was no. There were chairs but not for the guestsThe chairs for the guests were all broken.I sent here a message that this was kind of odd The next day there were 2 chairs and a table placed on the patio ( a sort of tiled platform, where some rooms had their entrance and window.)Placed next to the motor of the airconditioning for the hole building an extremely big and noisy machine giving the heat and noise of an airplane with the motors running.You could sit there - in front of an other room not so nice , so we took the 2 chairs to place them on the terrace in front of our appartement . Within 30 seconds the owners came out : This was not allowed , we had to replace the chairs next to the outdoor machine of the airconditioning .She sent by WhatsApp the house rules : underlining that outdoor furniture was not allowed to be moved.If we wanted to sit outside , we could sit there.Made me remind staying in hostels. This was years ago and of course for a complete other price .It was all so strict and rigid that we asked ourselfs why do they actually rent out?

  : The host were very nice and friendly including the whole family, they offer to take and bring you from the airport as well as well as have pleasant discussions with. The apartment as well and was clean and comfortable. The location is very nice and pleasant, safe family friendly area.
  : The distance is a little far from the center of Rome and the tourist attractions so I would recommend getting a vehicle if you stay in this property. I wasn't able to check in early like most properties I have stayed while in Italy. Earliest was 1 pm with an additional charge. So Id recommend if you book this property ensure your arrival is not early.
