  : With no Room service for 6 days, was not a good experience at all. They forgot to send the private transportation to the FCO Airport to pick us up , as we had request. Very old and in bad condition furniture and kitchen appliances...

  : The staff was really accommodating and warm. The first floor and outside are clean and well kept.
  : The cleanliness of the room was terrible and it was uncomfortable touching things in the room. You can see dust on the floor, the "white" shower curtain was in questionable yellow colour (it is a safety hazard), all the doors were loud and we had difficulties locking the doors in the bathroom and bedrooms. It says that there are 3 bedrooms but there are only two - main bedroom and another room that has two beds in two mini rooms that do not have a door between them. We had to go to the reception and ask for the wifi log ins (that info could be in the room). Very far from the city centre.

  : It was a whole apartment of space.The location felt safe.
  : We reserved a room with 4 twin beds and one queen bed, and this was confirmed through chat with the host. We received a room with 6 twin beds. The beds had old, cheap mattresses that were rock-hard.The kitchenette was tiny, poorly stocked with cooking utensils, no drying rack to do dishes, the sink leaked into the cupboard beneath it and onto the floor, the countertop was loose and could be lifted with one finger.Part of our amenities included high-speed WiFi & a TV. This did not work from day one. We were able to hotspot our phones to the TV and watch YouTube, but no programs or streaming ever worked. The WiFi was never high-speed, and I ended hotspotting my phone anytime we needed internet. We stayed with 4 children, and after a long day of walking 9-11 miles, the downtime was needed and not available.The bathtub upstairs did not drain. Every shower left the user immediately standing in a significant amount of water (4-8 inches of water depending on the length of the shower).The location is at the south of Rome, literally on the edge of the city limits and 10 minutes' walk away from the second to last stop of the metro. We assumed this would mean it would be quiet as we were in the business district.However, there was a concert, apparently, right down the block and the literal thumping lasted until 4 am. Rome has quiet laws at 12am, but these were disregarded. The security staff at the front door was not helpful in finding this information out, and we had to wait until the following morning to find out why there was this constant, loud, thumping and banging (because we were too far away to hear actual music).There is no desk staff from 11pm onwards. The security staff who works the front desk does not speak English. Our requests for help were never understood or granted. We were not made aware of the lack of staff initially and had to find out too late.

  : Personnel nice. Reception nice, clean, inviting. The view from the room, very nice. Parking ok.
  : The apartment is outdated (furniture falling apart. Kitchen stove worn out/stained. Lights in the main room with wiring very old, plugs cover coming apart and some not working. Main bathroom: outdated! shower curtain old/stained. Shower head encrusted. Bathtub faucet dripping. Toilet not flushing most of the times. Smaller bathroom: outdated. shower curtain old/stained. Shower head encrusted. Toilet non flushing most of the times. Vent:old, dirty and extremely noisy.
