  : What I like about the property was the communication between Ugo was very prompt and he was able to answer our questions straight away Breakfast served by his assist Kimberly was very nice and nothing was too much trouble a very tasty breakfast freshly squeezed orange juice freshly cooked scrambled eggs Close to the Vatican and plenty of restaurants in the area Ugo was extremely disappointed that we did not continue our stay there and was very accommodating with a refund which we are still waiting to hear from Booking dot com to receive & resolve
  : The property was advertised as a Luxury Junior Suite which I believe is false advertising as there is nothing luxurious about this accommodation nor is it a junior suite. Upon walking into the room one is met with a very unsightly worn bed head that has what looks like claw marks in both corners and the fabric leather ? Is peeling its very old and worn .. so first impressions was not good at all Took a long time for the air conditioner to come on and after a 40 degree day this was very upsetting for us as we were melting inside We found the room to be over priced for what it was as its NOT a luxury junior suite by far .. We found the instructions to enter the accommodation confusing not as clear as it couldve been but that would be a simple English grammatical error all the same it led us up n down stairs trying to find our room Not realising the apartments are actually inside the owners accommodation by unlocking that door you enter the share room this was not clear so we had no idea how to find our apartment causing us to be knocking on other residents doors in search of our room The bed mattress was very lumpy on my husbands side which he had to sleep on we didnt want to look under the sheet as too scared to see what could be under there The pillows are kind of a heavy rubber foam very uncomfortable and definitely dont fall within the luxurious category

  : We had a great time. Room was very clean. Location was very central, we were able to walk around everywhere.I enjoyed that the hotel is located in an older building, the experience was very authentic!
  : We had a great stay! We had some problems with AC not working but Kimberly was able to reset it for us.Our room was very clean. Walls and bed had some scratches, marks and dents which is expectable.

  : The property was in a great location.
  : The air conditioning wasnt working and it had been broken for a while and they did not tell us. It was so hot and there was no other air conditioning. The mini fridge in our room was also broken.

  : The staff, and location were perfect, the room was super clean and the bed was really comfortable. It was a great setup - we were out and about most of the day so it was nice to start out with a home-cooked breakfast and a friendly face. The old-school elevator was kind of cool. The center of town was just a cheap uber/cab ride away - it was nice to stay just outside of the really touristy areas, but we were able to walk to the Vatican. It was quiet, comfy and clean.
  : Two things: -The air conditioning was broken and it was in the 90's the week we visited. The hotel gave us some fans, but it wasn't really enough to cool down the room. -Thankfully it wasn't an issue, but it's not a traditional hotel, so there's no lobby staff, etc. They only gave us one room key, so we just had to stick together or stay in constant communication so no one was getting locked out.

  : The condo complex was well located, steps from the bustling city streets adorned with patio restaurants and only a 15 minute walk to the Vatican. The large room was tastefully renovated, boasted modern features and was well maintained. The room was one of three that shared a common area for breakfast. And what a breakfast it was. Prepared daily by the host's most enjoyable assistant serving fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh pastries and eggs of any style.
  : The air conditioning unit had issues and required regular attention. However, the problem was relatively new in nature and was in the process of being fixed. Other than that, the place was perfect.
