  : Clean, spacious room for two, well located. It is walkable to Vatican and Castel Sant Angelo, one block away from a supermarket and 15-20 mins walk to Piazza Novona/Pantheon area. Salvatore was so helpful and friendly recommended the best way to go to airport, the property is a short walk to the shuttle bus stop to FCO, you can book tickets online.

  : Location is great, central (only 10 min walk from the Vatican) without being touristic, several great local restaurants and bars nearby and very clean, could eat your breakfast off the toilet! The staff were really helpful too. We would stay again next time were in Rome.
  : Could have done either a comfortable chair to sit in in the room.

  : Good value for money guesthouse. Rooms are comfortable, ok size, nice bathroom and comfy beds. Very friendly and service oriented staff. There is no breakfast served, but there are some very nice bars with delicious breakfast close by.
  : The only small negative about the room was that there were few hangers in the closet and the safe was difficult to operate because of its placement.

  : The room is located in a convenient area close to public transportation stations (direct connection with Metro line A to Roma Termini train station and bus connections to the city center of Rome). The area around seems safe, is well lit and we had no issues walking around at any time. There are also cafes for breakfast and supermarkets around. The place is very good from size point of view, we had enough space for everything. The big wardrobe with clothes hangers is also appreciated. WiFi was working well. Besides this, Salvatore (the host) is very kind and helpful, thumbs up for him! :) He provided us a lot of information and tips and helped us with our needs.
  : We had room #2 and it would be nice if some towel hangers could be installed in the bathroom so that the towels can be hanged and dried. Also, one of the beds' mattress was outworn and had a hole on the side. They said they will replace it in the future. The shower cabin is a bit tight, it was enough for us but for bigger people it might be an issue.

  : - Very friendly staff. - Large bathroom and cool shower cubicle: large with a modern shower. - Excellent location, right next to the Castel Sant'Angelo. Close to the metro and the airport shuttle stop. - Large room, water, slippers, even provided vouchers for coffee and croissant at the nearby caf.
  : - During cleaning, they do not change the towels. We stayed for 5 daysit was very inconvenient to dry them. - For several days, there was a strange smell in the room, similar to the smell of urine. We aired the room, but the smell returned, which was unpleasant. I don't even want to think about what it was, I hope not the mattress. If it weren't for this issue, the rating could have been a 9 or 10.

  : Great location. Close to Vaticana museums. Walking distance to most of the Rome main attractins. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean.
