  : The location and balcony area were great. Beds were very comfortable.
  : A kettle and toaster would have been good, its wasnt the warmest we wouldnt have packed so much if we had realised the steps to the room were so steep and narrow, but that was our fault for not reading there was no lift. There were only nets at the bedroom window.

  : The location and view from balcony was perfect.
  : A lot of things are broken and not fixed, dirty. Due to humidity or whatever one of bathrooms stinks. In pictures it seems 100 times better than in real life. I was confused. Only one thing that was great was balcony, but even there, the person who show the appartment mentioned many things that are broken or not working. The dining tabel on the balcony also was broken.

  : Can't fault the location, absolutely brilliant. It's in a small street away from the main road but centrally located for the Forum and Colosseum, plus bars and restaurants, we thought the area was quite lively. There is a small indoor market close-by and a supermarket as recommended in the apartment information. We also found secure garage parking very close-by. I chose the apartment for the location and roof-top terrace and was not disappointed. The terrace was bigger than I expected and plenty of space for a family meal, or few drinks.
  : The stairs, but is the price you pay for a roof-top terrace so not really complaining, there are plenty of warnings about the stairs but don't under-estimate having to carry luggage up the stairs. I thought the dead plants on the terrace were a shame and spoil what should have been a really lovely terrace. The terrace needs a refit, it's a bit tired.

  : The location is absolutely gorgeous. You are literally at the heart of Rome. On the same street there is a market place and multiple restaurants in every adjoining street. Still quiet in the evening, so you can rest peacefully. Spacious. Penthouse with a westward view towards Altare della Patria and Campitelli dominating the view.
  : Some signs of heavy use: master bedrooms shades broken a bit, bigger bathrooms windows lock broken so window will open when windy, smaller bathrooms lock broken and door window from several places, some of the furniture upstairs are broken. Somewhat dirty upon arrival. Please note its a penthouse apartment in a house with small corridors and no elevator. Not suitable for elderly and hard for toddlers.

  : The location
  : Not like in the pictures. First, there are 81 high steps until you get to the apartment. Second, part of the apartment is renovated and part is very old. There is moisture in the walls and signs of mold. The shower smells of dampness, there are small black bugs and mold in the corners. I had to shower with flip flops. The floor in the whole house is really dirty, and there is such a noise from the flip flops sticking to the floor. In one of the bedrooms the blinds are broken and the sun glares strongly in the morning. Upstairs there are no curtains at all. The beds are very uncomfortable, the mattress makes noise every time you move. There are no blankets on the beds, there are 2 in the closet but they have no sheets. We booked for 5 people but one of the kids didn't have any bedding on the tattered sofa, not even a pillow. We were so disgusted that we didn't want to sleep there another night. The apartment is low level and not as advertised. He owner didn't respond to any of our emails, he only cared about the tax money, and didn't even give us a recite for our payment. Very disappointing.
