  : Location was right across the street from the forum and coliseum.
  : Where do I start? It was terrible! We checked in and were given the family room. First let me tell you, you do not get the room in the picture they show you! It looks nothing like the picture at all! The rooms are extremely small! We were given a room on the 1st floor. Well this meant that you take an elevator to the 2nd floor then walk down the hallway and enter another elevator down to the 1st floor.. which felt like the basement! My daughter said she felt like we were going to the dungeon. The smell on the first floor was musty and old. We entered the room to find two very small rooms attached to each other. The first room I entered had a huge spider web in the corner next to the closet. Im sorry but you just cant miss that if you are cleaning a room! Then in the other room which had two twin size beds had one of the beds slanted towards the head where the pillow was. Then we discovered MOLD! It was underneath the air conditioning unit and the wood was completely wet. And smelt! I went down to ask the front desk to change our room and he said he had no other room to give us. I told him there was no way myself or my family can stay in a moldy room. He still said, sorry, I have no other room. I then told him that it cannot be legal to have someone stay in a moldy room like that. He then said he would have the bellboy show me one other room. The other room wasnt as bad but still had a smell and dark color under the air unit which was tile in this room. We didnt have any other choice! We just made sure to spend as little time as possible in the room. Looking at other reviews it seems they dont care! They just want the money. Mind you, we paid over 2,700 for 3 nights!!!! This was one of the more expensive hotels in the area. The carpet in the whole hotel was so old, it looks like it was never replaced. Im not sure what they do with all that money they make but they dont use it to take care of the place. It was GROSS!!

  : Location, service, and breakfast
  : we wish the breakfast began sooner than 7 am as many people could not enjoy this paid benefit due to having to leave for the airport early. A 6:30 am start would be nice.
