  : some people comment on the elevator but when considering the Rome apartments, it is a big opportunity has an elevator, it is enough for two people or one with luggage.

  : Location was great. Can walk out door to everything. Quiet at night
  : The mattresses were hard, we prefer softer. The door locks were many, and hard to open. The bathrooms were newer, but the apt is in need of a little maintenance, but comfortable. The stairs and elevator leading up to apt was in need of maintenance. Good there was a lift for luggage (1person tight elevator)to get up the luggage up the stairs.

  : Rather disappointed with this experience. Contacted owner three times prior to the visit requesting two keys for the apartment as two couples were staying. Second key arrived but it was useless as the final door (see photo,only 1 of three was included!) was not included. Owners assistant quickly went over how to use the three of five keys on the key ring quickly the night we arrived. The next day the second lock was changed and I didnt see the text. So we fumbled with the keys for 20 minutes, until the assistant showed up. I requested that she go over them again. She said I went over this with you last night. Werent you paying attention? I responded that I was paying attention but we had just arrived after 19 hours of flights. She then got really impatient, raised her voice and said You only had to listen for five minutes!! I dont appreciate being reprimanded. The location was central to shopping and restaurants but the entrance to the apartment building is down a narrow street; basically a dark alley. Maybe it was safe but the amount of locks that you have to open does not make you feel safe. New Yorkers dont have this many locks on their doors. The lobby/entrance of the building needs some serious attention. Finally, the interiorAt least half of the electrical outlets did not work at all (yes we had converter s and adapters and have worked fine elsewhere in Italy), sleeps 4-6 (with a sofa bed) but living area only has one sofa and a few bar stools. Need to get rid of the giant trunk of books and add two comfortable chairs. Place is okay if you just need a place to sleep. Summary-Someone needs to retrain the assistant. Hire an electrician. Dont change locks in the middle of a five night stay. Dont have crazy wires sticking out of the lock (see photo).Work on the lobby.
