  : The room was nice, big and clean. The bed and the bath were great! The location is perfect, near all the highlights! And you can rent the electric step/scooter, just across the entrance. It gets you everywhere.
  : - there is NO parking!The parking house they lead us was pretty far away from the hotel, we had to take a taxi (15). And for 14 hours we had to pay 23!!!!! On booking.com they say they have parking, but when you book you receive an email with the informarion: there is no parking, at least they say: we cant guarantee you the parking space next to the hotel is available (and other say: there is almost no space ever!!) They mislead you and that is not how it should work! We will file a complaint with booking.com- there is NO personal staff / no desk for incheckWe had some questions, and they say: you can contact us 24/7, but we received an answer to our call almost 3 hous later..

  : Amazing location - just a few streets away from the Spanish Steps and lots of lovely little restaurants nearby. Its a 10 minute walk from the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, and 30 minutes to the Colosseum. Super friendly staff who helped us book a taxi to and from the airport and kept in contact with us prior to arrival.
  : Some facilities werent very clean - first room (103) we had a yellow stained toilet seat which when we pointed out they did switch rooms but in both rooms some areas were missed - dust on the towel rails, rust stains on the taps and limescale marks on the shower.

  : The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bathroom very modern. Nice rainfall shower.There was an excellent place to grab a quick bite "Grano" right next to the hotel. Also a grocery store which is very convenient.Excellent location overall.
  : The entrance to the hotel is so discreet we searched around for 20 min before realising we had already passed it several times.The room was quite small (we barely had space on either side of the bed), and cannot be labeled "superior" in our opinion.Heating was put on full force and as there is no clear indication how to manage it, we had to keep the window open in order to keep the room temperature moderate.No soundproofing whatsover. We were lucky to have been alone the first nights, but once other visitors occupied the nearby rooms we could hear everything.

  : Amazing location, close to the metro station and within reasonable walking range from major sightseeings ! Overall, I would recommend town house spagna, as a value for money choice.
  : We were asked to pay additional 7 euros per day (3,5 per person per day), although we had prepaid the room from booking. We were told that this was Italian tourist tax and were provided with an invoice as well. In addition, the number of my debit card was requested, in case I used any beverage etc. from the room. Although, this makes perfect sense the numbers were handwritten on a piece of paper and this made me feel quite insecure on how easily accessible and exposed this kind of information was. Especially with the GDPR being in place I believe some changes are mandatory to take place.

  : Location is perfect, especially for shoppers. Everything is nearby, literally down the street any direction you go. You won't have to carry your purchases all day with you, can always drop them at the hotel.
  : For those who used to have a proper breakfast, recommend you to skip it here in this hotel , because you will have a voucher with a possibility to have a coffee, juice, croissant and pizza in the morning at the small cafe nearby, can't complain about the food quality, but not my cup of tea, since i'm not a big fan of pastry in that big amounts, cappuccino is good though.

  : The location was perfect for all the sites we wanted to visit.
  : Nothing much we didnt like, we had a problem with the room on our last night but the hotel were quick to sort the problem- switching our room.

  : The only upside is the location which is right in the heart of Via Del Corso. Other than that such a poor value for money.
  : There was a problem with the hot water and the central heating in the room. The hot water was not available a full night and day apparently we could take a shower with freezing cold water. (They said there was a boiler failure). The heaters in the room were constantly off two nights and we need to call the emergency line to tell them to fix it. Eventually we compansate the heat with the a/c in the roomz There is noone after 08:00pm in the hotel till the morning. Carrying luggages up and down the rooms is so frustrating unless you can find help from the reception and you need to open four doors (3 doors in the building+1 for the room) in order to get in to your room. There is only one key available even for a Dbl room, my wife from the room window threw down the key to the street so that I could go up in to the room. The only upside is the location which is right in the heart of Via Del Corso. Other than that such a poor value for money.

  : Friendly owner and very helpful! Great location , easy to walk to lots of places of interest! Lots of restaurants nearby and lovely shops. Taxi pickup from airport organised by the hotel was very efficient!
  : Husband was not happy with the price of beer in the restaurants
