  : It was very well situated for looking around the area. The rooms were very welcoming and clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming .
  : The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast menu. There was no cereal, fruit,yogurt etc. After the first morning they did offer to go to the shops and obtain whatever we would like. So they were aware of the problem and put it right.

  : The food was really good. The room was pleasant and spacious, with a very comfortable bed.
  : Service could have been better, limited number of staff so needed to 'call' when wanted anything. The shower dial would not turn to the cold water, so the water temperature was hot and very very hot. The shower tray overflowed and the shower surround was not water tight so again water seeped onto the floor. A pretty bad experience to be honest. When reported this to the staff/manager, the response was that they would get someone to fix it. Not 'are you OK' - when nearly had my skin scalded - so very disappointed in the lack of concern. Eventually one of the staff apologised for my experience.

  : Breakfast was nice, not amazing though, no buffet, just a choice from a set menu , The room was cosy and warm, the heating was adjustable which we appreciated , we were able to spend as much time in the room as we wanted with no pressure to leave quickly on checkout, it was quiet and private, excellent parking right outside our door, The staff were friendly and helpful at all times and the shower was fantastic
  : Although bedding and towels were clean, they were stained, no battery in the clock and a lamp didnt work, a towel rail fell off the wall, just little things that hadnt been checked and fixed
