  : Rooms were big, nice pool and spa facilities, friendly staff
  : You had to pay for coffee in the room, which I thought should have been included for the price. The breakfast was mediocre and it ran out if you got to breakfast after 9am.

  : Good location with free parking in front of the hotel. The dinner was great, as were the drinks at the bar with excellent service by the bartender.
  : Overall 5 stars are not deserved, the hotel in fact rates at 4 stars at best. The room and furniture are substandard, the quality of the floor was the worst, cheap plastic tiles making noise at every step. The ceiling at the window in part came off. Each day the breakfast dishes were cold, even early at 7am when the breakfast just started. Who likes cold scrambled eggs? The bacon was overcooked and hard to chew (!). On one day staff did not manage to open the door to the breakfast area at 7am, with a 30 minutes delay. Tables were not cleaned or plates taken, there was literally no service at breakfast. Old bread and sweets were served. Lack of cleanliness was evident throughout the hotel, sticky floor on 2 subsequent days. The room service was ok. We initially went for the Pedras yet swapped due to the more central location, we regretted this when we went to the Pedras once.
