  : Located in the center of the city with plenty of food options nearby and by car the beach is not far away. Nicely decorated with plenty of space and home feeling for enjoying your stay.
  : It would be great for the curtains to be gull blackout specially at night & early morning.

  : The best mattress on Azores so comfortable sleep guaranteed. We had a great sleep. The hotel staff welcomed us in a very friendly and informative way. The hotel has a beautiful design, the room is huge. The location is amazing, right at the city centre. We were provided with towels for thermal pools and bathroom robes which was very nice. Price quality ratio is great.
  : Things to be improved:No ventilation in the bathroom (humidity stays for long); there was some noise coming from the roof (during whole night as well), probably caused by the wind earplugs needed. This was the biggest minus. Also, it would be great to have a tap in the most budget room (maybe it will be added in future).

  : Central location overlooking the town square and a beautiful church. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Private parking in a secured parking lot, and a good breakfast was available (pay extra) at their Volcanic Charming House a few blocks away. The staff was great at replying quickly to any Whats App questions and we were met immediately by someone to check us in upon arrival.

  : The room looked like what I expected and it was in the middle of Ribeira Grande, easy walking distance to local shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and nice. Bathroom was outside the room but as it was private, I didn't mind that. Kitchen had everything I needed including salt and oil so I didn't have to buy quite everything! Beds were comfortable and the wifi worked very well for remote working.
  : The heating didn't work, and at times it got quite cold at night as I visited in January/February, which was a little uncomfortable. My main issue was that due to the humidity a lot of things went moldy after a very short while. You could see mold build up on the dining table and on the chest of drawers, any wooden object really. Cupboard food like rice in a paper packaging would go moldy very quickly. If you're only staying a week or so, you probably won't have an issue, but as I stayed for over 3 weeks, by the end of this it really bothered me - things went off, I had to clean more myself and it causes a health concern. I understand that the climate is very humid overall, but I'm sure something could've been done about this.
