  : The interior design of the hotel was nice
  : where do I begin? I didn’t know a new expensive resort can be that disappointing and bad!!!! 1. no air conditioner in the entire hotel facilities!! that includes: lobby, food hall, gym (hot and no windows). 2. the hotel is basically a construction site, workers everywhere and looks Terrible 3. horrible staff- not nice, not welcoming and even made me feel unwanted because I told them I received the wrong room I paid for 4. every coffee order took 45 min to arrive. at some point I gave up and left 5. No iron in the room, broken hairdryer 6. very dirty beach- the hotel throws all their construction garbage to the sea which makes it impossible to get in and even dangerous!!!!!!7. horrible management and reception service: we ordered 2 Junior sweets with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE POOL (which costs more money) and one room was fine while the other was completely different and had no access to the pool. when we went to the receptionist she was very unpleasant and simply told us to come back in 2 days ( we only stayed there for 4 nights so basically half of our trip is gone). when I explained her the situation I receive the same answer again and again. the thing is- she accidentally slipped out that there is another group coming for the 1 empty room we paid for and that’s when I realized she simply didn’t WANT to give me the room although I GOT THERE FIRST!!!!!! she kept arguing with me and made me feel like I disturbed her although I am the costumer!!!!!! the cherry on top was when she told me: “IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY PLEASE LEAVE” simply because I asked what I paid for. 8. there is a disclaimer this is a no kids hotel while the entire hotel was packed with screaming kids and no silence.

  : Great location. Ok breakfast.
  : We stayed here for couple of nights. No AC in the lobby. Had no coffee machine in our room, phone didn’t work had to use my personal phone to call the reception. Toiletries were missing. We checked in around 1:00 am right away asked for toothpaste and toothbrushes. They said they will bring it to us in the morning after calling several times for it in the morning had to walk to the reception only to be told: “the housekeeping told us we don’t have toothpaste or toothbrushes”. We complained to the manager about it and finally they brought it to us. The toothpaste was tiny and we ran out after one day. When asked for more, one of the housekeepers told us “finito supermarket”. Huh? Pools were dirty. Our room was not properly cleaned, had to clean the room ourselves. Wouldn’t stay at this place again nor recommend it to any of my friends. Management needs to manage their staff better. We did meet one(!) employe on the day we checked out who took good care of us. Other employees at the hotel seemed like they never worked a day at a hotel. This place is def not a 5 star hotel, it lacks hospitality. Oh forgot to mention the power went off for during our day.

  : the service was very bad. people were waiting for over an hour for a cup of coffee at breakfast! and the staff were rude. there was only ac in the rooms so everywhere else was almost impossible to breathe! we were sweating like hell at breakfast and in the reception. we did not got the room we ordered from booking and got disappointed and so does many other guests we met at the hotel. we spent hours at the reception waiting for someone to find a solution. food and drinks are SUPER EXPENSIVE we had pasta for 26€ and it wasn’t even tasty .. bottle of water for 5.5€ we actually had a bad time I would not recommend ANYONE to go to this hotel !!

  : Nice breakfast
  : Still a construction site, with men at work (good guys) for 24h. Rooms become operative as soon as “ready” with very limited tests.. shower drain didn’t work and the fix lasted one day.. the bathroom door didn’t get closed.. bathroom’s towels and shower carpets present when available.The dinner at the main restaurant was ridiculously expensive (more than 100€ per 2), even more taken into account that it is a low level buffet.The dinner at the top restaurant was even worse, one hour wait for a chicken breast and a tune tartare and when they finally came the tartare had a nice red peppers topping despite the staff was told TWICE that it was for a person having a strong allergy to peppers.Air conditioner was very noisy as well as the “generator” of the beach restaurant.In a nutshell, very immature structure with a very inexperienced personnel; what makes me skeptic about potential improvements is that hundreds of rooms will become operative shortly with a very severe impact on the organisation.To finish with a positive note, the breakfast buffet is ok.

  : The property is brand new and beautiful. Other than that property being beautiful doesn’t make it enough to open it as a 5 star hotel.
  : The hotel is completely not compatible as a 5 star hotel. No phone in the room, no room service, no pool umbrellas other than the main hotel pool which is small. I payed for a room with a shared pool, there’s zero shade, the hotel staff gave me a WhatsApp number on which I can contact them and ask for service. I texted them asking for water, ice, cold coffee, some food, I’ve received nothing. They didn’t answer me for 2 hours, we went to the reception directly, still nothing was received. Only after 4 hours we’ve received half of what we asked (only food no water no ice). We had problems with our key cards, it wasn’t addressed until we left the hotel and returned back to our country. I got a msg 2 days after leaving if my keys were sorted and if I need some help. overall having a beautiful hotel is not enough, the facilities and service weren’t even mediocre but much less. Went to the gym, it didn’t even have air conditioning and outside it was 35 degrees celsius. I believe that in a year the hotel might be great, but today I could recommend it only if you use the hotel for sleeping and breakfast.
